Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Gays Mills Public Library (FOGMPL) was founded in 2002 by area citizens interested in  creating a strong and responsive library community.

The mission of FOGMPL is to support, improve and promote services and resources at the  library; to improve those resources and services by strengthening our financial base and to promote cultural literacy.

FOGMPL supports programming at the library including the monthly book discussion series, Story Hour, Summer Reading Program and a variety of events through the year.

FOGMPL does fundraising through an annual book sale at the Apple Festival in September, grant writing and other initiatives.

Here’s our FOGMPL BROCHURE  for reading or downloading. We hope you will consider becoming a member and supporting your library!
