This means that parents with kids under age 5 can sign up to have a quality, hardcover book mailed to their youngster each month – FREE OF CHARGE! To register online click here , stop by the library for a mail-in registration form, or look for forms at WIIC in Gays Mills on the last Wednesday of each month.
